KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Amy “G”, a long time Bay Area sports and National MLB correspondent has seen the best of the best in baseball. She began her career covering the SF Giants in 2008, just prior to the organization’s incredible run, when they won three World Series titles in five years. Along the path to three World Championships, she witnessed no-hitters, a perfect game and countless player milestones. Amy’s journey while concentrated in the sports world has taken several twists and turns that make her an interesting and unique speaker.

In 2013 she authored the first of what has become a series of best-selling baseball-themed  ‘Smarty Marty’ children’s books. In 2019, Gutierrez joined the staff at Sonoma State University where she teaches Public Speaking and Sports Broadcasting. In 2023, Amy G. launched her popular podcast, ‘Girl, How’d You Get That Gig?!‘. The podcast showcases a variety of influential women in the sports industry who share their journey and how they got their “gig”.

Gutierrez has spoken to countless audiences on topics ranging from leadership to surviving and succeeding in a male dominated industry to perseverance and pivoting! Her inspirational speeches are motivating, fun and guaranteed to get your group excited about tackling whatever challenges lie ahead.
